Tubespace allows you to send email notifications to your email list every time a new YouTube video is added to your site.
If you have created an email list (learn how here), you can send your list a notification email when a new video is pulled into your Tubespace site from YouTube.
You can choose to have the email notifications sent Automatically or Manually.
If you choose Send Emails Automatically:
Whenever Tubespace imports a new video from your YouTube channel, a simple email will go out to your entire list.
If you choose Send Emails Manually
You will manually need to click a button to send the email for any given video that's been imported into your site.
Follow these steps:
* On the dashboard's side menu, click on Send Emails
* Choose the Send Manually option
* On the dashboard's side menu, click on YouTube Video Feed to see a list of all your videos
* Click on any of the Notify My List Now buttons to see a preview and send out the email.
